FAST与移动通信基站电磁兼容研究

摘要:
射电望远镜易受地球人工电磁信号干扰,特别是移动通信业务,通常大范围覆盖。500米口径球面射电望远镜(FAST) 的电磁波波宁静区半径为5到10公里的中间区内,分布有数十个移动通信基站,这些基站的下行信号对于FAST来说,属于射频干扰。为保护FAST电磁环境保护,开展对中间区内单个及多个基站与FAST的电磁兼容分析,结合望远镜周边传播损耗情况,进行移动基站干扰排查实验,探讨降低基站干扰同时保证周边居民通信需求的措施,为基站干扰减少提供有益建议。

Study on Electromagnetic Compatibility between FAST and Mobile Base Station

Abstract:
Radio telescopes are vulnerable to the Earth’s artificial electromagnetic signal interference, especially mobile communication services, which usually covers a large area. Mobile communication base stations are distributed in the middle area of Radio Quiet Zone (RQZ) of Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST). These base stations generate RFI signals that interfere with the FAST. In order to protect the electromagnetic environment of FAST, the electromagnetic compatibility analysis of single and multiple base stations and FAST in the middle area is carried out. Combined with the propagation loss around the telescope, the interference detection experiment of mobile base station is carried out, and the measures to reduce the interference of base station and ensure the communication demand of surrounding residents are discussed, which provides useful suggestions for reducing the interference of base station.
