Safety Design, Analysis and Estimation for the Use of Nuclear Power Source in Outer Space

  • 摘要: 针对核动力航天器应用中的安全性问题,调研了国际上涉及空间核安全的规章制度,并结合美国和俄罗斯在空间核安全设计、分析、评价等方面的成功经验和做法,提炼出了在空间核安全设计、管理等方面的有关要点,可以用于指导国内空间核动力航天器的研发和应用。

     

    Abstract: Considering the safety in using nuclear power spacecraft, the major rules and regulations about space nuclear safety are analyzed in this paper. Combining with the successful experience in design and analysis and estimation of space nuclear safety that America and Russia have acquired, we abstract the main points in the design and management for space nuclear safety. All of these will be applied in the research and development of nuclear power spacecraft.
