空间同位素热/电源安全性技术指标体系框架研究

摘要:
为解决我国使用空间同位素热/电源缺乏安全认证体系和安全性验证技术指标问题,基于我国空间同位素热/电源使用环境特点,借鉴国外空间同热/电源安全认证的研究成果,建立了覆盖同位素热/电源产品研制、地面贮存/运输、发射准备、发射、在轨运行及废弃处置等全生命周期的正常和事故环境下的安全性技术指标体系,提出四大类型29项可考核技术指标,可作为空间同位素热/电源研制和安全性使用评价工作的主要依据。

Abstract:
To solute the problem that 238PuO2 radioisotope heat unit(RHU) and radioisotope thermoelectric generator(RTG) technology index system of safety for evaluating the space is immethodical in china, on the basis of using environment for RHU/RTG in china, the research results of the safety verification of RHU/RTG in foreign countries are referenced. The framework of technical index system about the safety standards are propounded that includes the normal and unexpected emergency conditions of full life circle for the RHU and RTG, such as design and manufacture,stockpile and transportation on the ground, preparing of launch, launch, running in orbit, waste disposal and so on. The system of technical index includes 29 items that can be used mainly in developing and assessing of using safety about the Pu-238 radioisotope heat unit or radioisotope thermoelectric generator.
